Agreement to Terms

By using oki.gg and my hobby projects, you're agreeing to these terms. They're pretty straightforward - basically just "don't break things and don't be mean." If you don't agree, no worries, just don't use the projects.

What This Site Is

oki.gg is my collection of gaming hobby projects that I built for fun and decided to share with everyone. This includes:

  • CS2 case opening simulator (my most popular project)
  • VAC ban tracker for monitoring suspected cheaters
  • Various other gaming-related projects and experiments

Important: Everything here is just for fun! No real money is involved, you can't win or lose anything of value, and none of this is gambling. It's all just hobby projects to mess around with.

License and Acceptable Use

License to Use

You can use my projects for personal fun. Don't try to copy them and sell them or anything like that. Just enjoy them as intended!

Please Don't

Common sense stuff, but please don't:

  • Use the projects for anything illegal
  • Try to hack into the servers or break things
  • Spread malware or be malicious
  • Copy the code and try to sell it as your own
  • Use bots to spam or abuse the services
  • Pretend these are real gambling sites (they're not!)
  • Use them to promote actual gambling

This Isn't Gambling (Really!)

Just to be super clear:

  • These are just fun simulation projects, not gambling
  • No real money, crypto, or anything valuable is involved
  • You can't win or cash out anything
  • This isn't gambling in any legal sense
  • Simulated results don't predict real CS2 case openings
  • It's all just for entertainment and curiosity

Disclaimers

No Guarantees

These are hobby projects, so I can't guarantee they'll work perfectly all the time. Sometimes they might be down for maintenance, have bugs, or just break unexpectedly. I'll do my best to keep them running!

Accuracy Disclaimer

I try to make the simulators as accurate as possible, but they're unofficial hobby projects. Real game mechanics might be different. I'm not affiliated with Valve, Riot, or any game companies - just a fan who likes building stuff.

Links to Other Sites

My projects might link to other websites. I'm not responsible for what happens on those other sites - they have their own rules and privacy policies.

Limitation of Liability

Look, I'm just one person running hobby projects for free. If something goes wrong, I'll try to help, but I can't be held responsible for any problems or damages. Use the projects at your own risk and remember they're just for fun!

Don't Get Me in Trouble

If you do something wrong or illegal using my projects, that's on you, not me. Please don't use them in ways that would get either of us in legal trouble.

Changes to These Terms

I might update these terms occasionally, especially if I add new projects or need to clarify something. I'll update the date at the top when I do. If you keep using the projects after changes, that means you're okay with the new terms.

If you're doing something that violates these terms or is harmful to the projects or other users, I might have to block your access. I'd rather not, so please just be cool!

Legal Stuff

These terms follow the laws wherever I'm hosting the projects. Hopefully we never need to worry about legal disputes, but if we do, we'll figure it out in the appropriate courts.

If Part of This Doesn't Work

If a court says one part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies. Basically, don't throw out the whole thing just because one piece doesn't work.
